What happens with the data of my employees?

All data is processed anonymously and aggregated. Therefore, neither employees nor the company can see individual purchase data, the performance of individual users or any personal data. Users can also create a free forwarding email via, for example, https://anonaddy.com/ and enter a nickname to remain completely anonymous.

What is needed to get started?

With our onboarding program and the personalized landing page that will be created by us, you will receive all the information needed to invite employees and to start using inoqo. After a successful registration in the app, employees are automatically added to your team by using a personalized access code.

Who can view our team data?

We will keep you updated about your progress through team reports, so that you can track, for example, how many of your employees participate or how many receipts are scanned. However, your team data will be anonymized. Whether and in what form you communicate this team performance data to the outside world is up to you. Company-related data will not be passed on to third parties by inoqo.
